Equipment Warranty

If you purchase a new printer from us it is likely to come with a Manufacturers Warranty.

In certain circumstances this warranty period maybe extended with our additional warranty.

Return to base Warranty

Standard manufacturers warranty means that any equipment that is to be repaired under warranty must be returned to us at the owners expense. We will return the equipment to you at our cost (UK Mainland only).

A copy of the original invoice or bill of sale should be provided when requesting warranty work to be carried out.

The original packaging must be used or if this is not available then the item must be suitably packed. Any damage that occurs in transit due to incorrect packaging will invalidate any warranty claim and the courier is also unlikely to pay any claim if incorrectly packed. Any media should be removed from the printer.
