Pro-Support is unique to System Insight and provides you with piece of mind regarding your equipment.

System Insight are well known for having extensive knowledge of Event Photography and Instant Print solutions and our Pro-Support Packages mean that you not only get priority access to this help and support but also a wide range of additional benefits.

Furthermore, we are an Authorised Mitsubishi UK Re-Seller and Service Centre and have on-site technicians specially trained by Mitsubishi to deal with their products. Our technicians are also trained by HiTi and are the only people qualified to work on HiTi Printers in the UK! Also being the only Authorised Re-Seller of Darkroom in the UK, we can provide you with both remote and phone support instead of contacting the United States. This means  that if you need any help or support using Darkroom, your problems will be solved so much quicker.

This support package ,which is available both during and after the warranty period of your equipment, will help you to get the best out of your equipment.

The major benefits of this support are:

  • Loan Equipment Scheme – If your equipment fails and cannot be repaired within 24hrs then we will loan you an equivalent printer free of charge (you pay the carriage or you may collect)
  • Fast access to Telephone Support – Response within 4 hours if not available immediately (standard response time is 24 hours)
  • Discounts off Training Courses, Equipment Rental, Repairs, System Upgrades etc
  • Additional Profiles (where required)
  • 5m UK Power and USB cables

Pro-Support is not a machine warranty and does not take the place of insurance of your equipment nor does it affect the manufacturers warranty. The Pro-Support loan scheme only covers equipment failure and not equipment damage. As an Authorised Service Centre for both Mitsubishi and HiTi, the majority of repairs and technical work are carried out on-site at our offices in Southampton, giving you the confidence that your printer is in the UK. This also enables us to have faster turn-around times than the Manufacturers which helps ensure you are not without your equipment for excessive amounts of time.

Pro-Support lasts for 12-Months and can be renewed on an annual basis.
